While in Paris for business, the wife of an American physician disappears. With the red tape of two governments, and his inability to speak French, the doc will have to find her on his own.

Wonderful suspense film that comes together rather slowly, but develops very well. The intrigue is among the best you'll find in 1980's cinema. One of Ford's better performances, but the ending is just a bit disappointing.
