After a high school hit-and-run coverup, four fishing town teens are pursued by a vengeful stalker.

Your basic teen horror flick, but with one exception - they actually cast some people who can act! This combined with a goodly amount of violence and a decent plot should satisfy fans looking for a gorey good time.
