A young woman, who formerly was possessed, helps a small group of Catholics identify a man who will become possessed by Satan on his 33rd birthday.

Although there are flashes of an interesting storyline and creative direction, Lost Souls never really sours. It isn't a snoozer, but the visually dark tone combined with an even keeled plot make for a less than captivating suspense/horror flick.

Not a total loss, but for best results don't see this without having the benefit of seeing some of the better films of the genre also.
