This is a perfectly wonderful film. Audrey Tautou, looking very Audrey Hepburn like, gives a lively spectacle of a performance in a film full of characters as colorful as the photography. The Amélie character is truly interesting and whimsical. The wonderful supporting cast, inventive direction and humorous script make Amélie both quality cinema and pure fun.

A movie guaranteed to please fans seeking flavorful slice-of-life stories.
