After
an eventful courtship, an Italian family
is sent to a concentration camp in
the closing days of World War II. But
the family's father is determined to
show his son things aren't as bad as
they appear.
An
incredibly effective blend of comedy
and drama. There's so much to say about
this movie - it's hilarious, but very
moving and tragic at the same time.
Benigni's Oscar was richly deserved,
he gives an incredible performance.
This could easily become one of your
favorite films.
