A federal agent goes undercover as Miss New Jersey when trying to thwart a beauty pageant saboteur.

Across the board a funny movie, but I'd be remiss if I didn't say that it could've been much funnier. Shatner is great as an aging pageant host, but he could've been given more bits. Bullock puts on a good tomboy act throughout. Oh, and Benjamin Bratt needs to gain about 20 pounds, he practically disappears on screen.
