A nice blend of madcapped characters and funny situations makes Rat Race a comic pleaser. The Zuckers seem willing to put ANY idea into a movie script somewhere, their efforts should be applauded here. I mean, a cow being towed by a hot air balloon? It doesn't get much more madcapped than that.
