After being ousted from a location in New Hampshire, a Hollywood film crew descends on the small town of Waterford, Vermont to shoot the film The Old Mill. Problems begin almost immediately and include budget issues, a prima donna starlet, an anxious writer, a harried director and a leading man who can't keep his hands off young girls...oh, and the town's Old Mill burned down 40 years ago.
A 2000 comedy sleeper that features a nice ensemble cast with just enough Alec Baldwin. A nice alternative to the Hollywood norm that fans of light, intelligent, somewhat offbeat comedy should appreciate most.
