Young mobsters gain power and attempt to enact revenge on the boss's who tormented them as children.

Familiar characters, like Bugsy Seagal, take on a looser historic portrayal here. Not the best mob film out there but vengeful plot and stylish photography should appeal to most. There's a memorable scene or two, also.
