A train enthusiast inherits a small rundown New Jersey train station. He decides to take up residence there in an attempt to live in solitude, only to find people constantly pursuing him.

The Station Agent is a light drama with a humorous sense to the whole movie. Nice performances in a tight script where nothing is wasted. The three main characters are very memorable also. This is a little seen film and a hidden gem.
