A man dedicates thirty days of his life to eating only from the McDonald's menu and measures the effects on his health along the way.

Certainly interesting for its socio-political commentary but also a pretty entertaining film in a Reality-TV sort of way. It is interesting to hear the interviews with various doctors and fast food officials and get their take on the American fast food phenomenon that is now also overtaking the world. But is also oddly entertaining to see a man punish himself and witness the effects fast food has on him physically and mentally.

As insightful as the film is, it is not overrun with one man’s opinion. Facts and documentation are submitted, and the film certainly leans in one direction, but it never feels like an attack on the fast food industry to me. That said, you may never look at fries the same way again.
