The long anticipated prequel to the Star Wars Trilogy has Obi-Wan and friends fighting corruption in the Senate and meeting a young, gifted boy.

A real crowd-pleasing effort packed with impressive special effects. Although often masked by a bubble gum forefront, there's plenty of good plot material underneath.

Hyped to the hilt, with minimal advertising effort, Phantom was probably a bit of a disappointment to longtime Star Wars fans. But it was generally well received and is a film built to entertain everyone; not just the twenty-something audience of Star Wars aficionados that anticipated it the most.
